Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Booking & confirmation

A booking is confirmed after written confirmation and full payment. We disclose our full legal name (brantoxa.com, LLC), registration number 51953437, location and contacts as required by Article 7 of Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce'.

2. Price & payment

All prices are in hryvnia (UAH) and include mandatory taxes and fees. Foreign currency amounts show the UAH equivalent, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' and Law of Ukraine No. 5007-VI 'On Prices and Pricing'.

3. Changes & cancellation by you

Contact us at contact@brantoxa.com or +380 503 862 2946. Refunds depend on cancellation date.

• More than 14 days: full refund minus non-refundable fees.
• 7–14 days: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days: no refund.

For tourism services, information on tour operator, travel agent, contract terms, insurance and visa requirements is provided under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism'.

4. Cancellation by us, no-show & refunds

If we cancel, full refund within 14 days; we are not liable for separate costs. No-show without cancellation: no refund. Approved refunds are made via the original payment method within 14 days in UAH.

5. Disputes & consumer protection

For disputes, contact the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' are unaffected.

6. Advertising, accuracy & personal data

Service descriptions are accurate and not misleading under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising'. We process personal data, including cookies, with prior informed consent under our Privacy Notice and Law of Ukraine No. 3994-IX 'On Personal Data Protection'.
