1. General provisions

Article 7 of Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' requires disclosure of our full legal name, registration number, location, and contact details before you conclude a distance contract.

2. Consumer rights and pre-contract information

Under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection', we provide comprehensive pre-contract information, including price, terms, and dispute procedure. Prices are in hryvnia (UAH); foreign currency is accompanied by the UAH equivalent, per Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' and Law of Ukraine No. 5007-VI 'On Prices and Pricing'.

For tourism services, we provide information about the tour operator, travel agent, contract terms, insurance, and visa requirements per Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism'.

3. Personal data and cookies

Processing of personal data, including cookies, requires prior informed consent and is governed by our Privacy Notice under Law of Ukraine No. 3994-IX 'On Personal Data Protection'.

4. Advertising

Advertising on this website is accurate and not misleading, in compliance with consumer protection and advertising law, including Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising'.

5. User responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.

6. Dispute resolution

We aim to resolve disputes amicably. If a dispute cannot be resolved, you may contact the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection, per Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce'.
