Send one request and we return a fixed specification sheet for your dates. Nothing in it is generic. Each line names the hotel, the room category, the transfer and the price band that applies to your departure.

Night-by-night itinerary

Every night listed by island or emirate, with the property named in full and the dates fixed.

Hotel and room specification

Hotel tier, room category and meal plan code, such as BB, HB or AI, written for each property.

Transfers per leg

Speedboat, private car, or a scheduled seaplane where the resort sits beyond roughly 90 minutes from Velana International. Airport distance is given in minutes.

Sightseeing programme

Named excursions with duration and group size, each marked as custom or shared.

Total price band

Priced per person, with the inclusions held inside the band and any extras quoted as separate lines.

Entry notes

Visa requirements stated as point-in-time only, and re-verified with the latest rules when you confirm.

1. Acknowledgement with a reference number within one business day.
2. The written dossier, with held rates, within 24 to 48 hours.
3. One revision round on hotel tier or transfer type, then a 72-hour booking window on those rates.
