brantoxa.com is a tour operator and travel agency, not a hotel, airline, or other accommodation or transport provider. We arrange services through third-party suppliers.

1. Legal Disclosure

We disclose our full legal name, registration number, location, and contact details before concluding a distance contract, as required by Article 7 of Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce'.

2. Visa and Travel Documents

Visa and entry requirements are set by destination authorities. You must obtain valid passports, visas, and other documents. We provide general information, not legal advice. Under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism', we provide information about the tour operator, travel agent, contract terms, insurance, and visa requirements.

3. Health, Safety and Travel Advisories

Check health advisories, vaccinations, and safety conditions. Monitor official travel advisories from Ukrainian and destination authorities. We are not liable for health, safety, or advisory-related issues arising from third-party services.

4. Insurance

Travel insurance is optional but recommended. We may offer insurance through partners. You are responsible for adequate coverage.

5. Prices and Payments

All prices are indicated in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). If a foreign currency is used, a UAH equivalent is provided, in accordance with Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' and Law of Ukraine No. 5007-VI 'On Prices and Pricing'.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data, including cookies, with prior informed consent and a privacy notice under Law of Ukraine No. 3994-IX 'On Personal Data Protection'.

7. Advertising

Our advertising is accurate and not misleading, in compliance with Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' and consumer protection law.
